A black and white landscape study of the swiss alps.

Taking landscape images of mountain ranges, especially the swiss alps, easily invites cliches and kitch. In this personal study I decided to shoot exclusively in black and white, letting the rays of late-afternoon light paint the contours of different mountain ranges to create images strong in character and contrast.
