The pop-up is a collaboration between local sparkling wine brand Zürischum, gin maker Turicum and restaurant Frisk Fisk. Having opened in late 2020, the bar and restaurant will be based in the historic "Weisse Rose" location until at least the end of 2021. I was commissioned to photograph the pop-up in its first week and create press materials for newspapers and local publications.
